EVA Continuous Development Academy or ECDA is an academy that gives a very clear structure and methodology for training and development. It started in 2011 with the objective of continuously developing employees technical and soft skills. All of our employees both current and future are automatically part of this academy and benefit from the range of courses offered. Moreover, to ensure sustainability of this program employees are not only trained and certified at certain disciplines, but they are also given the chance to become trainers themselves.
