To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy.
2. Minimum 15+ years’ experience in sterile manufacturing.
3. Master’s in business Administration or equivalents in business or management is excessively big plus.
4. Proven charismatic Leadership capabilities.
5. Analytical personality.
