EVA Continuous Development Academy (ECDA) is our internal academy that offers training courses and diplomas in pursuit of continuous development. It was established in 2011 to sharpen employees’ technical skills while enhancing their soft skills. All of our employees are part of this academy and are expected to benefit from the given courses. Moreover, to ensure the continuation of this program, employees are not only trained and certified in certain disciplines but also they are given a chance to become trainers themselves.
